Have you ever met a friend who's not supportive and trying to let you know all the time that they're right and you're wrong? If you have, you'll know how i feel. If not, i'm happy for you.
A friend that has a total flip personality of you.. have you imagine it before? If you love muscular guys, they condemn it. If you love to eat, they insult you saying you're fat. If you love to study, they say you have got no life. If...(Above examples are just examples. These examples did not happen to me.)
And here, i have a friend.. having a total different personality of me. I'm the girl who loves to shop. I think majority of you should know that by now. And i wonder, have any shop-lovers goes into a shop for less than 5 mins? I'm not an exception. I go into a shop and i can stay there for hours. Shopping is not about buying and leaving. I think it's about going in and enjoying the new stuffs and updating own fashion list.(That's my opinion.) And this friend of mine doesn't shops. And she says that whenever she goes out with me, she's bored. Reason being that i look at things for hours. No, actually it's more like i stay in the shop for hours than looking at that particular item for hours. It can hurt a lot for me to hear and accept that kind of words from a FRIEND. But you never know.. more hurtful words are coming up.
I can love thousands and millions of clothes in a shop. This friend dresses differently from me.. obviously having a different sense of fashion as compared to me. My eyes got stuck with a piece at Topshop that day. I told her how much i love it and my opinions. I think if you have a friend like mine, you better keep your opinions to yourself. One thing she shoots back at me was, 'You have a bad sense of fashion.'. See, i told you. That's some hurtful words(Famous class guys' quote). Like i've said, she has a different fashion sense as compared to me. So whatever i like, she hates it and find it super ugly. And whatever she likes, i don't like it.
IF the next time i'm going out with her, i'll just stick my butt behind her. I'd probably not go into any shops or giving my opinions anymore.
Better still, shop with someone who loves shopping. At least my opinions are free without getting at shootbacks.
